Summertime in Phoenix

How beautiful is this embroidered dress? Embroidery soothes my soul almost as much as the view at the Grand Canyon did. (See the Grand Canyon blog post here)
Today was different than any of the previous days on our road trip. After leaving the Grand Canyon we arrived in Phoenix around 1:00pm this afternoon and have a fun day of relaxing planned. We are staying with a single women who lives here in Gilbert, which is a small suburb of Phoenix.
We got in touch with her through Airbnb. This house is amazing. The lake is right outside of the back door and not to mention the crystal clear pool, that is screaming our names!
While walking around looking for a place to eat we stumbled across amazing street art! (I'll be featuring on my instagram @brayleafisher) I love art in general, and am only talented enough to draw a nice stick figure with a smily face and a triangle dress. So kudos to those who can do more then that! We ate at FEZ in Roosevelt Row Art District for lunch (it was great!) and are now sitting out by the pool getting some sun. I could get use to this!
