Hello fellow food lovers!
Today was my first day back to school and I am so ready to start this spring semester. I'm excited! Leading up to today I've prepared in a few different ways and cooking and prepping my meals was one of them. I find when I cook and prep my meals beforehand it makes all the difference. When there's food in the fridge I already spent money on, it's less likely that I'm going to go out to eat and spend more money.
That being said, I've started a little something new. On and off I've shared my cooking, meal preps, healthy eating (and occasional taco run) on Instagram stories. Starting now, I'm going to start pinning the recipes I'm cooking on a pinterest board so that if you see me making it, and want to make it for yourself you know exactly where to find it. I am also doing this for me. Sometimes it's hard for me to think of what I want for lunch or dinner or whatever, so having a place to go to figure that out will definitely help.
The Pinterest Board is called 'Instagram Recipes'

If it's hard for you to think of what to make each week or maybe you're wanting to start meal prepping and don't know where to start, I hope this will help you.
This week I made blogger Merrit Becks butternut squash noodles with goat cheese & sage. I added turkey polish sausage for a little extra protein. It is so amazing & SO easy. I also made fish taco bowls, recipe via thedefineddish.com. If you want to see either of these recipes, just check this Pinterest board!
That's all for now,
